LISA AND LENA

The holidays are coming to an end,

they say: 'And what does that mean?

On a little boat we want to sail

And then escape to the high seas!"

But a storm suddenly erupts,

Lena and Lisa cry in chorus:

"Why didn't we learn to swim?

Now we will surely fall into the sea!"

A passing whale

hears the screams and cries, and swimming

immediately reaches that little boat

and gobbles it up like a meatball!

Minutes passed, hours passed,

and finally a fisherman arrived:

with his harpoon he struck the whale

and towed it with a chain.

When he reached the shore, he cut up the big fish.

and what did he see in its belly?

Some of Lisa and Lena's clothes,

of Lisa and Lena, only a fragment of a hat.

The poor remains were buried

Of those who had been two pests.

Not a tear was shed there

After such a wasted life!
